This project involved a full refurbishment of the property’s roof structure and external cladding. The work included replacing the existing roof tiles with high-quality clay tiles, installing new lead flashings, and ensuring all junctions were weather-tight. The dormer elevations were upgraded with modern composite cladding to improve durability, insulation, and overall appearance. Internally, essential pipework and services within the loft space were renewed and neatly organised, helping to future-proof the home’s heating and plumbing system.
