This project centred around significantly enhancing the property by reshaping and extending the existing roof structure. The homeowners required more usable space in the loft along with a modernised external appearance, so we designed and constructed a full rear dormer extension while upgrading the entire roof. The approach ensured the new works integrated seamlessly with the original red-brick building and delivered long-term structural reliability.
